- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ms. Christal assisted me, and I have to say, I was very disappointed in her lack of customer service. She was annoyed when I expressed that it was crazy to me that this bank charges its customers 50 cents per money order. She didn't offer to give me my balance, and when I thanked her (for doing a basic job function), her response was 'Mmhmm'. Wow, such a snotty attitude! With the manager standing next to her, I was very disappointed. I have been banking with 1st CB for 10 years, and it's a shame the service is always hit or miss.
